These hosta leaves were done in response to a black and white challenge from the Fiberarts Council of California. The color photo of the hosta leaves had great lights and darks and shadows which I replicated using shades of black and white. This quilt toured with the “My World in Black and White Revisited” exhibit in 2009. Exhibit catalog available at www.lulu.com.
