Second word in our Fearless Designers series for last October was reflections. It was the perfect time of year to think about colorful leaves. I saw some floating on a river and loved the reflection of the trees from overhead and the swirling water. I tried to work with a sheer which was new for me. The actual tree reflections didn’t show through too well, so I ended up using oil paintsticks to fill in the trees. A friend suggested calling this “Ripples in the Water.” Nice title, don’t you think?
